KEY DATES IN THE PLANNING PROCESS

The consultant Project Team and City Staff will present the draft By-Law revisions at an Open House to be held in the City’s Uptown, tentatively in October, 2024. The Consultant will participate in the presentation along with the question-and-answer period immediately following the presentation, and one-on-one discussions with attendees.

Common Council will consider the City’s Planning Advisory Committee recommendation on the proposed revised Zoning Bylaw at a Public Hearing. Notice of the Public Hearing will be scheduled here, in the local Telegraph-Journal Newspaper, and on the City’s online social media pages.
